A refreshing Indian chutney served with tandoori chicken and other grilled meat and chicken dishes.
Ingredients: 4 servings
¾ cup tomato ketchup
1½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¾ teaspoon crushed garlic
¾ teaspoon crushed ginger
Salt to taste
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
2. Cover and place in the refrigerator.
3. Serve cold with Indian food.
