Tuesdays Courses are from 5:15 till 8:15 p.m.
Thursday courses are from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.

Strawberry and Cranberry Soda
A refreshing non-alcoholic drink full of vitamins prepared with strawberries and cranberry juice to be served before a meal, as morning or afternoon snack or in parties.
Puff Pastry Hearts with Feta and Thyme
Puff pastry rolled and prepared as tart base cut in the form of a heart for special occasions such as mother’s day or Valentine. It is topped with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and thyme to be served as first course. May be cut to small hearts and serve as canapés.
Tomato Crowned Crepes with Feta and Oregano
Thin crêpes stuffed with cheese and herbs, folded and rolled up together in the form of a heart. They are baked and topped with thick tomato sauce.

Black Bean Soup
A delicious thick soup from Latin America prepared with the healthy black beans that are high in protein and well known for their therapeutic value. It is enriched with potatoes, ginger, coriander and spring onion.

Raw Spring Rolls
