Calendar and fees

Courses begin about end of September till mid December.  Resume the third week of January till end of June.  Special sessions are given on demand during summer and holidays.

Each course consists of 4 sessions, one session per week. Each session lasts 3 hours.

Each session consists of a full 3-course menu.  Each plate is fully garnished.

Morning courses start at 10:00 am. sharp until 1:00 pm.

Afternoon courses start at 5:00 sharp until 8:00 pm.

Marlene will receive students 30 minutes before the start of the session.

Fees for 4 sessions (12 recipes) is paid upon registration.

Students who travel often may join at any time.

New students may choose to take one session.

Students will be supplied with typed recipes in English.  A photograph of each dish as garnished will be sent by email.

The fees also include coffee break with biscuits and the food prepared.

Registrations with advance payment have priority.

Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance; otherwise the student is liable for the fees of one session.

Registration fees are fully refundable if classes are canceled by the teacher

Regulations

Students are expected to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Students may call the teacher at any time for information about recipes taken during taking the coarse but not between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.

Punctuality is essential.  Marlene will be available 30 minutes before starting of each session to answer questions and give information.

All cooking materials will be supplied.

In case of absence, the recipe sheet would be provided at the following session and the procedure will be explained by the teacher before the start of the next session.

In case of absence, a friend or relative may attend the session.

In case of a justified absence, the lost session will be made up at a future date as long as there is only one absence in four sessions, and the replacement session would have to be with another group, learning the same recipes, and if a place is available.
